We’re asking the Lord to send us workers with various passions, skills, and backgrounds to bring the light of the gospel to several people groups that call Madrid, Spain home. Perhaps you have a business background that you feel the Lord is calling you to use for His glory among the nations? Perhaps God has opened your eyes and enlarged your heart for the countless refugees around the world? Perhaps you sense a growing burden to reach Spanish people with the transforming power of the gospel? Do you want to be part of a team that plants churches that plant churches? If so, this may be an opportunity the Lord is leading you to explore.
Here’s a list of some specific skills and passions we’re asking the Lord to bring to our team:
People trained (or willing to be trained) in teaching English as a second language
People passionate about coffee and food (baristas/chefs)
People skilled in handcrafts and able to teach others
A web developer, graphic designer, or photographer
Business entrepreneurs who want to leverage business as mission
People passionate about sports as an outreach (coaching basketball, soccer, etc.)
Administratively skilled people that can work with intercultural organizations and NGOs
Any skill or passion that can engage people as a bridge to show them the love of Christ.
