Do you have a heart for immigrants and refugees? If so, consider joining our team in Cardiff, United Kingdom. The PIONEERS team has partnered in gospel ministry for many years with churches in the city and currently five units are serving.

The goal is to help individuals from different ethnic minority communities become disciples of Jesus Christ, join local churches, and then reach their own community for Christ.

The vision is to see relevant, church-based, and evangelism- focused outreach amongst the ethnic minority communities in Cardiff.

Target UPGs - Muslims from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Somalia, Yemen, North Africa, Middle East; Hindus from India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia; Buddhists from China, Thailand, Vietnam; Sikhs from India, Afghanistan.

Ministries include children’s ministries, English classes, sewing classes, International students’ outreach, International families outreach, ministry among ethnic churches, ministry among asylum seekers/ refugees, literature ministry, Special needs ministry, refugee centre, trauma counseling, discipleship & training, visit to the mosques.

Potential new locations for ministry are Swansea (the second-largest city in Wales) 50 miles west from Cardiff, along the coast, and Newport (the third-largest city in Wales) 12 miles northeast of Cardiff. Both these cities are home to many UPGs and offer opportunities for new pioneering gospel initiatives with local churches.
