Are you a mentor, encourager, pray-er, teacher? Do you have a heart to see new workers grow and develop on the field to reach their full God given potential and thrive where God is planting them? We need people to join our Launch Team and help us to nurture, encourage, mentor and pray for and with new workers to the field.
New workers will spend their first term, or three years, on the Launch Team. The first two years will have a heavy focus on language and culture acquisition, as well as mentoring in personal development and spirtual practices, which we hope will equip them for life changing work amongst the Basque People. In their third year the role of the team will be one of prayer and mentoring as we walk alongside each unit in their journey of discovery and discernment into the roles that God is already preparing for them in the Basque Country, and assist them to be launched into these roles.
